I’m gonna start this out by saying I grew up in the car dealership world so I’m very skeptical about car dealers and have not used very many of them in my life because of itThe moment I stepped on the lot after hearing a promotion that they have and a bad experience, Purchasing a car from a different dealership I was skepticalInstantly, as in most car dealers, a sales person stepped out and greeted me, but he did not greet me in a way as if anything, but to say hello and let me into the building His name was Kai. Very nice guy asked me what I was looking for today.I’m being a skeptical person Of car dealerships told him that I had a car that was less than 4000 on it and wanted to see about getting into a more reliable vehicle for my large familyHe instantly let me know that there’s an application process so that we can figure out what kind of vehicle I can afford since I have very specific Payment that I need to be in because I am a single father with kids at homeThe entire environment was completely different than most car dealerships. They instantly make you feel as if you’re a friend and by the end of it a family member of Mission motors.They went out of their way to make sure I had a reliable vehicle, which after two weeks now has been very nice to be able to walk out and have no issues in a vehicle that I have purchased And on top of that, they made sure that I had the payment that I neededI highly recommend going to this car dealership for anyone who has had issues in the past. Kai was a great help despite it being his first day he found me the perfect car and almost hit exactly on the spot i was looking for in a car. Overall i just loved the customer service and there is nothing more i could have asked for, walked out with a 85k mustang happy as could be and excited for the future with such a beautiful car. Again it was Kai who was my main salesman and the lady who financed it and the desk lady were also very professional and outgoing! Loved the visit and will definitely be visiting again and recommending to friends!

BEST DEALERSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Faythe was the real deal, it was her bright voice from those radio ad's that brought us to Mission Motors in the first place. After getting absolutely HUSTLED by Bellingham Ford (they sold us a vehicle with over 126,000 miles on it, hit us with 22% interest and STILL neglected to provide any sort of carfax or previous information for the car), we knew we had to get out of a bad situation FAST. Thats when we started hearing Faythe on the radio. We decided to visit Mission Motors and left the same day with the EXACT car we wanted. She went out of her way and jumped through every obstacle to make this happen for us. I didn't exactly have the best buying power, but Faythe let us leave with a 2022 TOYOTA RAV4 XLE, with 43,000 miles on it in MINT condition... Been there 3 times now and had an amazing experience everytime. I got my first car from them and then unfortunately I got into an accident the car got totaled and they helped me deal with insurance and got me into something new almost immediately after settling. Also went there and got my wife a jeep that she very much enjoys. They’re the nicest people and very welcoming to everyone!! Very LGBTQ+ friendly and I recommend them to everyone and anyone looking for a car. They truly go above and beyond!

On 05-13-26, I took my Ranger into Mission motors for a front end diagnostic examination. I had taken this truck into the local Ford dealership and walked out having paid $5000 and the front end problem was not resolved . I was frustrated to say the least as I had inherited my dad‘s truck when he passed away and I wanted it to run good. The owner named Tony was kind understanding and compassionate. He assigned a man named AJ to take me for a test drive. The truck then went into the actual mechanic who was introduced to me as Jose. Jose took me on another test drive to try to pinpoint more specifically the problem. The truck went back inside the shop and I was given constant updates. I witnessed Jose and another mechanic both working on the truck until the problem was located and fixed. Jose had spent a couple of hours on my truck AND fixed the problem all for $160. After I paid, Tony had kind words and was compassionate and prayed over me as he truly exemplified what Mission Motors really meant. I will absolutely bring all of my vehicles there for future service and highly recommend Tony and his company and his stellar mechanics. God bless them as they make a difference in the Stanwood and Camino community
